Navigating Grief, Loss, and Life Transitions

A 10-week group of veterans navigating grief—the loss of a fellow service member, a relationship, an identity, or a version of life that didn't turn out the way you expected. This group offers a structured, respectful space to process it alongside people who understand military culture, not despite it.

The Path

Phase 1

Foundation

Know where you're standing before you move. Getting honest about who you are now, finding the people who'll walk this with you, and taking real stock of what's working and what isn't.

Phase 2

Rebuilding

Structure your days. Fuel your mission. Putting discipline back into daily life, repairing what's frayed at home, and remembering what it means to lead, at work and at home.

Phase 3

Mastering the Inner Fight

Pause. Manage. Respond. Anger. Resilience and the Trauma you've been carrying lately. This work goes deep, but you've never in it alone.

Phase 4

Becoming

Live intentionally. Fatherhood, self-worth, silencing the inner critic, and building a purpose that's yours to pass on.
