Military sexual trauma carries a weight that's often carried in silence — inside a culture that didn't always make room to speak about it. This group exists to change that.

This is a confidential, trauma-informed group built specifically for veterans navigating military sexual trauma. You won't be asked to prove how bad it was, compare your experience to anyone else's, or explain what you're not ready to explain.
Led by a facilitator trained in trauma-informed care, working alongside our clinical supervisors, this group uses the same EMDR-based approach at the core of REDOUBT — because this, too, is something the nervous system holds, not just the mind.

Wanting to reconnect with play, creativity, and joy

Curious to learn more about inner child

Carrying an experience you've never fully spoken about

Feeling isolated by an experience that others in your unit or life don't know about

Ready for a space built specifically around this, not folded into a general group

Not sure where to start, but know you're tired of carrying it alone

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It's a structured, evidence-based therapy built on a simple idea: trauma isn't just a memory you talk about; it's something your nervous system got stuck holding onto.
EMDR helps your brain finish processing it — so the memory stops running the show day to day. It's not about erasing what happened. It's about weathering it, not being ruled by it.
Laying the foundation
Preparing the ground for what's ahead
First contact with what's beneath the surface
Where old patterns took hold
Bringing the pieces back together
Meeting what's been kept out of sight
Building a place that feels safe
Becoming who your younger self needed
Standing in what you've reclaimed
A little something extra

"I really feel like I shook something free when I took this course."
"In my last session, I was able to actually see my inner child and do some re-parenting with her. In the past, I could never focus on her — it was just blank. This time it wasn't"

Know where you're standing before you move. Getting honest about who you are now, finding the people who'll walk this with you, and taking real stock of what's working and what isn't.
Structure your days. Fuel your mission. Putting discipline back into daily life, repairing what's frayed at home, and remembering what it means to lead, at work and at home.
Pause. Manage. Respond. Anger. Resilience and the Trauma you've been carrying lately. This work goes deep, but you've never in it alone.
Live intentionally. Fatherhood, self-worth, silencing the inner critic, and building a purpose that's yours to pass on.

Weekly group sessions, in-person, and virtual

All REDOUBT programs are covered through Blue Cross, tied to an approved mental health condition connected to your pension.
We call to confirm and manage your coverage directly — you don't have to navigate the system alone.
Not yet approved? That doesn't stop you from starting. Reach out, and we'll walk you through it.
